Windows/Doors
Ever wonder how a new doorway, access opening, bay door, dock leveler or window is created without structural damage,
the nuisance of dust or the noise and impracticality of jack-hammering? Let Concrete Coring show you how. Wall sawing
is a track mounted system that affixes to a wall, utilizing water cooled diamond blades to smooth cut an opening to
the tightest specifications leaving a smooth clean cut perimeter. Cutting to a depth of 27" from a single side of a
wall slab is standard operating procedure for CCC. Contact any one of our friendly associates for pricing including
all aspect turnkey pricing.
Chain Sawing
Duct work, scuppers, louvres and more. Does your job require non-diametric openings in concrete or stone without
over-cuts? Over-cuts are score cuts left behind through the process of sawing due to the deepest portion of the
blade needing to penetrate as close as possible to the corner of opening being created requiring the leading edge of
the blade to surpass the actual opening dimension, (approximately as long as the cutting depth required). Diamond chain
sawing is the answer. Similar to a standard chainsaw in configuration except hydraulically powered a chainsaw can cut up
to 24" depth from a single side of a slab. It is not recommended due prohibitive cost, quality and safety factors to cut
large and extremely heavily reinforced openings entirely with a chainsaw though applied properly it is perfect for
squaring corners without over-cuts, cutting smaller masonry and concrete openings where over-cuts are a concern or where
other types of sawing are impractical. CCC maintains a full compliment of diamond cutting tools to facilitate openings of
any type and through virtually any material.
